My background is litigation – legal research and writing along with litigation strategy in a broad range of high-risk, complex commercial cases. I see mediation as its own discipline, not an extension of litigation, and I have trained specifically in the neuroscience of conflict to practice it that way. That combination – a litigator’s judgment and a mediator’s training – lets me help opposing sides see past the story of failure to the practice path forward. My goal: a mediation practice known for resolving the hardest commercial disputes – the ones that have stalled everywhere else.
